1. What is Hand of Heaven (HOH)?

Hand of Heaven (HOH) is a systematic approach that will accelerate change. However, first a sale of products must be done.  People like yourself buy and sell the courses we have available at each price point.  When someone buys from you, you then release the course to them.  They can then download the course/s and also resell to others.  Since HOH has such a high commission rate, we strongly suggest at that time, you take whatever portion of the funds you have received, and help someone.  The amount given is not the point.  Obviously, we can't enforce this.  All we can do is to create the environment and hope the members do what they agreed to do.  The amount is given is not the point.  It's the act of making a difference and helping someone else.


2. Is it true, with the HOH system, I will have 100% of my course payment returned to me on my first sale?

The answer depends on your course purchase, and the course purchase at which the new person chooses to come buy.  Here are some examples of what could happen in various scenarios:

* You buy the $25 course, and your first referral does too. In this situation, the answer is "YES! You do earn back 100% of your payment on your first referral."

* You buy at the $250 course, and your first referral does too. In this situation, with you both at the same product, the answer is "YES! You do earn back 100% of your payment on your first referral."

* You come in at the $250 course, and your first referral buys the $25 product. In this situation, with you at a higher course than your customer, the answer at first is "No". You are still shy of breaking even by $275. But wait! Because of the reverse 1-up system, if your referral actively makes sales into HOH, the powerlines generated by your referral and some or all of the sales brought in directly or indirectly through that referral may well lead to you not only breaking even, but turning a profit -- without you ever making another sale.


3. I'm from another country. Can I participate in HOH?

Yes! HOH welcomes people from all around the world.


4. Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not, as far as our company is concerned. We have to stay in business and maintain all of our services to you so there is a small license fee per sale.  Third party payment processors you may use to collect your product purchase payments, however, might add some extra charges of their own either to the payer or the payee, or possibly both. HOH is not responsible for such charges.  This is perfectly normal for processors to do, as it is how they make money.



5. How and when do I receive my payments?

You receive your payments immediately and directly for each sale.  We use a "direct customer-to-retailer payment technology" software that guides the actions of all members and their sales.  If you choose to have the company collect all payments (default), you will receive 80% commission which is itemized in your back office and can be requested at any time via company check.  We will try to pay our members in various forms of payment to pay commission but company check is preferred.



6. May I have more than one account?

No. There is no need for more than one account.  Any member caught "stacking" will have their HOH membership cancelled, and lose their group.   We are here to honor your sponsor, and trying to cut them out of their roll ups by stacking is unethical.  We don't want members who think this way, so DON'T DO IT!


7. Will I be able to see my referrals or change my details?

Yes. Just login to our member's area anytime. You can view and email your entire referral base at once. You can change any of your details except your user name.  If you need to change your user name, please open a support ticket.



8. Do you provide support?

Yes. We provide unlimited support (within reason).   So, although we do provide support, the license fee is very low which limits our staff, so please wait patiently for us to respond.  We also offer an optional coaching and teaching program for an additional fee.


9. How long will this take to set up?

Your site is set up instantly! It should take no more then 5-10 minutes to join and set up your profile.  After that, there is the matter of payment. Some members will pay using an online payment processor, which is also very quick, allowing you to become activated and ready to start receiving product payments yourself almost immediately. Some other methods of payment take longer. You'll be ready to start making sales right after your payment is acknowledged by the HOH member receiving payment for your purchase. It is in their best interest to have you activated and ready to do business as soon as possible, so rest assured, that aspect of the system is likely to go smoothly.

 


10. Do I need a domain or web hosting account?

No. Your site will appear instantly when you join, with your user ID in place to track your efforts, so all payments go directly to the appropriate person.  You simply promote your link and the software takes it from there.  Make sure you never use domain masking when using domain forwarding.  Use basic forwarding only. 



11. Do I have to join all of the payment processors you offer?

No. You can accept whatever method of payment you want.  It's your business.  There are many choices in the back office profile section to process payments. You may choose to use all, some, or none of them.   First Data Merchant Account, Authorizenet, Bitcoin, Paypal, Solid Trust Pay etc.  You can also take payments outside the system like cash, bank wire, Western Union, Money Gram, bank check and any other system of your choice.  If you take an offline payment, make sure you manually mark the payment as paid, so the member is activated.



12. Can I get a refund?

Your membership is non-refundable. All payments are final.  The reason for this is due to the nature of the products, which are elearning  and digital in nature and available for immediate use.  So, decide prior to joining if HOH is for you.


13. Is HOH a Gifting program?

No, not at all. This is a misconception of "digital education or the elearning space".   People make sales of our "Extreme Value" products.   Gifting programs have no products and try to use US Gifting laws to call themselves legal.  We are not here to criticize such programs, so do your own homework and decide what's right for you.  We as a company have the right to choose how much commission we want to give.  If we choose 50% commission would that make it "reasonable" to some critics?  We can certainly do that but we choose to pay as much as we can for maximum impact.  However, consider this... HOH has 100% direct pay, real elearning courses with value and the satisfaction of knowing, as long as you pay your requisite income taxes, you won't have legal issues.  Where else are you going to get that?


14. May I enter at any level I want at any time?

We advise you to ask the person that introduced you to HOH if they are in at the product for which you want to participate and give them the option to purchase it before you do. HOWEVER, don’t let the fact that your sponsor has not purchased at a product level at which you want to be, slow you down!

If they won’t, or can’t, upgrade to a specific higher level, just go for it.


15. What if I invite someone and they participate at a product in which I am not participating?

If someone you personally invite participates at a product you have not bought or qualified to sell, they will go up to your upper team to begin a new powerline for them, and you will not get them back, so it is important you keep that in mind when choosing your participation level.    This is NOT a matrix cycler program.  The dynamics of the reverse 1 Up plan make the retrieval of "lost" people impossible.  On a personal note, after over 27+ years of participation and research, it is very rare, indeed, for this to happen.  So, it would be prudent for you to select the product to join that is good for you and will not cause you overly high stress financially.


16. Is there an administration fee?

Yes we do have a nominal license fee (admin fee) for each product. This allows us to pay for staff, the amazing products, server costs etc.  The main membership levels are $25 ($5), $100 ($10), $250 ($25), $500 ($50), $1,000 ($100) & $2000 ($500) The license fee appropriate for each purchase is in the ( ).


17. Is it mandatory to upgrade?

No, not at all.  This is totally up to you when, and if, you go up through the various entry levels. 


18. How are the payments for the products tracked?

HOH utilizes a million dollar web presence that meticulously directs every member's actions. It has no biases, no agendas, makes no mistakes and treats everyone the same from top to bottom, whether they live in Peoria, Illinois or a remote village in Outer Mongolia. The biggest "sizzle" in the HOH business is that human error and misconduct have been virtually eliminated by state-of-the-art technology.

Programmers continually monitor the performance of the system and are readily available to answer questions and solve any problems. HOH is an activity for people with a computer and an email address. It is intelligent and sophisticated, yet is wonderfully simple. Anyone who has access to a computer and can read an email can grasp this program in its entirety in short order.

Important Note: All members are responsible for their own taxes and will not receive a form 1099 (U.S.A.) or form T4 (Canada), or any such form, unless you use the option for the company to collect for you.  In this case we would need  you to submit a W-9 for so we can pay you.
