14. Can I enter any level I want at any time?
We advise you ask the person that introduced you to HOH if they are in the level you want to participate in and give them the option to participate in it before you do, HOWEVER don’t let the fact that your sponsor has not participated at a level that you want to be at slow you down!
If they won’t or can’t join a specific level they will still receive a portion of the sale according to the highest level they have joined. Any participation level you choose will instantly qualify you at all lesser participation levels, so keep that in mind when making your decision.
15. What if I invite someone and they participate at a level that I am not in?
If someone you personally invite participates in at a level you are not in, you will not get them back so it is important that you keep that in mind when choosing your participation level. This is not a matrix cycler program. The dynamics of the 2 Up plan make the retrieval of "lost" people impossible. On a personal note, after almost 20 years of participation and research, it is very rare indeed that this happens. However, if it does, the member does get a portion of the payment according to the highest level they have joined.

The nominal base $97 yearly "leasing" fee per level joined is for the software, hosting, support, calls, webinars and overall maintenance and upkeep of the tracking software. This is very fair and is to offset the effort of the programmers to design the web site and software and host the site. Payment is required before the software will allow you to participate, although you will receive an id, web URL and password instantly.
17. Is it mandatory to go up to higher levels?
No not at all. This is totally up to you when and if you go up to the various entry levels.
